The President is the official spokesperson of the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County in matters of public policy. He/she shall appoint all committees and performs all other duties usual to such office. The President must be a Builder or Associate member and serves one year in this position.
The Past President is the last member who served as President and is able to serve on the HBA's Executive Committee.
