Raleigh, N.C.  - The Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County (HBA) proudly announces that its Triangle Sales and Marketing Council (TSMC) has been awarded Gold for Best Sales and Marketing Council of the Year at The Nationals? Awards Gala, presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) during the 2026 International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Orlando.

The Nationals recognizes the highest achievements in residential real estate sales, marketing, individual accomplishments, and global excellence.  Additional honors were presented in the 55+ Housing, NAHB Honors, and Global Innovation award categories.

“The Nationals set the standard for new home sales and marketing and welcome applicants nationwide and internationally,” said Christy Beck, the 2025 NSMC Awards and Recognition Subcommittee Chair.  “This year’s winners showcase the industry’s top talent who are helping shape the future of residential construction.”
The Triangle Sales and Marketing Council stands out nationally not only for its Gold Award recognition, but also as the largest Sales and Marketing Council in the country, representing an influential network of industry leaders, professionals, and innovators within the Triangle area.
