The NCHBA presented more than 80 prestigious STARS Awards at the annual STARS Awards Gala on November 5, 2025 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel Raleigh-Durham.  The STARS Awards program honors the achievements of home building industry professionals from across NC.  

Winners receive recognition in areas such as custom and production single-family home building, remodeling, interior design, and merchandising, landscape design, marketing, and advertising, and more.  Awards are also given to local home builders associations in NC.  

The HBA of Raleigh-Wake County brought home THREE awards!  
Best HBA Social Media, Best Membership Recruitment or Retention Iniative, and Best Government Affairs Iniative.
